Specialized consulting is for owners, investors, and partners who need a focused reading of a specific problem. It is not a request to run the whole job. Something is wrong, or something is unusual, and the decision in front of you is worth more than the cost of an expert opinion. We give you that opinion in writing, with the sequence that follows from it.
Three doors sit under this heading. Failing asset evaluation is for a site, building, or investment that is not performing as intended — stalled entitlements, incomplete construction, occupancy that never materialized. Special projects is for a scope built around an odd constraint: a shutdown window, an occupied site, or a study that has to happen before anyone bids. Distress and stalled project support is for a job that has stopped, slipped, or lost a workable path forward.
The deliverable is consistent across all three: a professional assessment of what is actually happening, and an ordered set of next actions naming who has to decide, what has to be re-bid or redesigned, and what the site and the permitting path can support. We are not taking the asset over, and we are not writing a report that ends at a diagnosis. The point is to hand you something you can act on the same week.
These services stand alone or attach to a commercial or residential consulting engagement. Defined commercial tasks — efficiency and systems evaluations, business development, takeoff, purchasing, and SOP work — are listed on the commercial page. If recovery needs someone holding the field rather than advising it, the engagement moves to project rescue and resolution under construction management.
